SHIPPING CARRIER
All orders are shipped exclusively via FedEx. Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.

INSURANCE & SECURITY
All orders over $5,000 are automatically shipped with insurance coverage for added protection. Signature confirmation may be required on high-value shipments to ensure secure delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
Tracking details are sent via email once the shipment has been created. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect within the carrier's system.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect address details may be subject to additional shipping charges.
CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY
Once an order has been transferred to FedEx and marked as delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. CashKicksNY is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, delivery exceptions, or lost packages.
